OVGA Amateur Golf Tour

The OVGA is very excited to announce a partnership with GolfTec. 

GolfTec has two locations in town (Downtown, Blue Ash) and is now the only place in town offering professional, video-taped swing lessons.  Their motion-analysis provides accurate measurements of the exact position of your body throughout the swing. This, synchronized with the video, allows a perfect assessment of your exact position at every critical point in the swing motion.  How cool is that?!  Plus you can view your lessons on the internet after they are completed…bored at work and want something to do…watch your swing!  GolfTec has 112 locations nationwide and has conducted over 1,000,000 lessons to date.  And unlike some swing places you may have been to, GolfTec will also offer help with your putting game as well.

The OVGA and GolfTec will be holding a series of Open Houses coming up at both locations starting with one at their downtown location probably in the next 2 weeks.  The Open Houses are free of charge and open to everyone.  We’ll get more info out as soon as the dates are set.

And finally, GolfTec is sponsoring the GolfTec Trophy which will be given to the golfer who has the best showing in the season’s four majors.  And we are currently working on plans to hold the GolfTec Shootout, an invitation only event for the Top 3 finishers in each major at the season’s end.  More details to follow.
